Mr. John Nsubuga Bafiirawala is a vibrant professional with proficiency in accounting, finance, taxation, general administration, project management planning. He has a wide experience Advocacy program, ToT in management of Microfinance and village banking systems, credit and debt management proficiency, project and Programme monitoring and appraisals with a niche in community-based development projects under the world’s biggest donors like EU, Concern International, Plan International, HIVOS, NOFU, African Development Bank Revolving Fund to uplift the household incomes of war-ravaged areas among others.    His background in accounting, finance, taxation, and project management, he oversaw the initiation of the National Agricultural Advisory Services (NAADS) Program in central districts in Uganda under Plan for Modernization of Agricultural (PMA), supervised private sector interventions in the PMA programme both in public and private on all levels both local & government level.

He has worked in the banking sector for more than 12 years in the business development sector and with an international management training firm, building capacity of the staff in various skills in project planning, management, financial management, customer care, organizational change management, ICT, among public and private sector human resource. He holds a UDBS- MUK, Dip Business Studies, Post Graduate Analytics-Eaton Shsraj U.A.E, Cert. Training of Trainers in Micro-Finance and certificates in Project Planning and Management, taxation and data management, marketing, monitoring and evaluation.
