Council Musigire Martin is an Advocate of the High Court and all Courts subordinate thereto. He is a notary public and a commissioner for Oaths. Martin has substantive and procedural aspects of the law. He has practiced law for over 7 years and is one of the founding partners of LMN Advocates. He is a member of the Uganda Law Society and the East African Law Society. He is a holder of a degree in Bachelors of Laws degree from Makerere University, Diploma in Legal practice from Law Development Centre and a Post-graduate Diploma in Tax from the East African School of Taxation.

His area of focus is in Corporate Governance And Corporate Finance, Employment Law And Advisory, Land Transactions, Construction Law and Litigation. His candle burns both ends in transactions and litigation. Martin worked as a legal Associate with Rutiba & Co Advocates which is predominantly a transactional law firm and Okalang Law Chambers which a seasoned litigation firm. He is equipped him with immeasurable transactional skills and stellar litigation experience working with Nile Breweries, MTN (U) Ltd, Kakira Sugar Limited, The Registered Trustees of Kampala Archdiocese among others on issues of corporate governance and employment related matters. He has also been involved in the formulation, drafting and implementation of employment policies and Human Resource Manuals of both international and local companies like Vine International Christian Academy, Our Lady of Fatima, St Lucia Namagoma Senior Secondary.

He has drafted several land and reviewed sale agreements, mortgage perfection, conveyance etc and in that matter is a retained lawyer for The Registered Trustees of Kampala Archdiocese one of the biggest land lords in Uganda to review its lease agreements, advise on issues arising on termination or expiry of the said leases, advise on issues of compensation on their land where Government intends to compulsorily acquire; including local business, multinational corporations, Government bodies and investors, advises on incorporation and registration of business entities e.g companies, partnerships, NGOs etc. He is the Managing Partner of LMN Advocates.
