He is multi-­‐skilled with experience in Public management and administration, research and Education, project implementation, supervision and evaluation among others.

In 2001 he joined Masaka Diocese education secretariat where he worked in various schools including teaching, guidance and counseling and other headship responsibilities. In 2010, joined NGOs and extended his services specifically administrative roles of Human resources, advocacy andmobilization until 2015. In 2016 he joined the Investment wing (Operation Wealth Creation) That is under the office of the president of the republic of Uganda as a senior researcher on bankable projects under UWEZO and OWC in entirety. He worked with various organizations and companies as a consultant in related field and administrative services that he acquired for a long time during his execution of work.

He holds a Masters degree in education management, a bachelors degree in Education, A bachelors degree in Public management and administration
